SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders placed on weekdays will be dispatched the next day. Delivery will be made on weekdays to the address given by you when you placed your order. Please note that we deliver to private or business addresses. Please note that you are responsible for the products you have ordered once delivery has been made. If the package looks as if it might be damaged, you should refuse receipt of it.
You are responsible for examining your items for any defects and for informing us of these. If one or more items prove to be defective, or if an item is missing from your delivery, or if one or more items do not comply with the order, you will have the option of returning the defective item(s) within 5 days, and we will then refund the purchase price and all delivery charges.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF ORDER AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you place an order with us, you will receive an acknowledgement that we have received your order. However, the purchase agreement will only become binding once you have received an order confirmation from us and we received the payment.
HOW TO RETURN AN ARTICLE?
Of course, We offer you the right of return for the period of one week. Without any reason and without shipping costs. We ask you to use the return receipt and sticker for free returns though, which you will find enclosed with the delivery.
Please understand that we can provide free returns only for the Dutch, Belgium and German customers with the DHL return sticker. Customers from other countries have to pay the return costs on their own.
HERE IS HOW TO RETURN THE DELIVERY:
- Please fill in the return receipt and enclose it to the package.
- Please make sure your address has been entered in the left at the top.
- Please attach the DHL sticker onto the package.
- You can hand the parcel in at any local post office.
- We will return the amount to your credit card or bank account accordance the payment method you have used.
- Please consider, that we can accept only returns with the original labels on the article.
The consumer has the right to notify the company if he/she is not satisfied with the purchase, without paying a fine, and without giving any reason.
We happily accept returns and exchanges on goods returned to Moment By Moment within 7 days, starting from the date of purchase.
You are responsible for safely packaging your return so it is received undamaged during transit.
The return conditions:
- All items must be returned in an unwashed condition.
- All items must be returned in an unworn condition.
- No make-up, perfume, stains,…
- All items must be returned in an unaltered condition.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging
We have the right to refuse returns that are not qualified by the specifications noted above.
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.

In case of damage, photographic evidence must be taken and sent to webshopB2C@momentbm.com, our team will assist you to find the best solution. The costs of shipment for the return, will be compensated by Moment By Moment BV
It’s important to complete the return form, and add this document with your purchased item, so you can send it back. Below you can find three links with the return form in English, Dutch and French.
Items marked “SALE” may not be returned or exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless as stated earlier, the item is damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable if mere are no problems with the item.
