Returns
At MOMENT IN MAY, we believe a purchase is only truly successful when you’re completely satisfied. That’s why we offer a straightforward return process, allowing you to return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Before returning your items, please note:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Only one return request per order is allowed.
- Returns must use the original shipping carrier. Other carriers may not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
- Exchanges are not possible — if you would like a different size or item, please place a new order after returning your current one.
- If you return an item bought during a sale or promotion, your refund will reflect the amount paid, and any promotional benefits will be retained.
Note: If you return an item purchased during a sale or promotion, your refund will reflect the amount actually paid. Any promotional benefits used will not be reissued.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Check your package - Ensure your return label and return form are included in your parcel.
- Prepare your return - Fill in the return form and place it along with the item(s) in their original packaging
- Attach the label - Use the provided return label. Note: All items must be returned in a single shipment per order. We do not accept split returns or combined returns from different orders.
- Drop off your parcel - Take your parcel to the designated drop-off point for the carrier listed on the label. Note: Home pickup is not available. Be sure to keep your proof of shipment with the tracking number.
RETURN FEES
- Return shipping costs are not covered by MOMENT IN MAY, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
- Fees vary depending on your location within the EU.
REFUND PROCESS
- Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll process your refund via your original payment method within 14 days.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please: Note the issue clearly on the return form. Contact us immediately at support@momentinmay.com for assistance.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
